Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Manage and schedule all jobsite shipments to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
Operational Oversight: Coordinate the staging, wrapping, and loading processes to minimize product damage and material waste.
Cost Management: Monitor and optimize both in-house and third-party delivery expenses, as well as labor and packaging material.
Process Innovation: Implement creative solutions for packaging and logistics to improve efficiency and reduce overhead.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in shipping/logistics specifically within cabinetry, millwork, or furniture manufacturing industry.
Skills: Proficiency with forklifts and heavy-load staging. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Requirements: Reliable personal transportation and a focus on safety and product protection.
